This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Workdays will be Monday through Friday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The employer will provide all necessary tools, supplies, and equipment at no cost. Workers will not be provided with board, lodging, transportation, or other facilities. On-the-job training will not be available for this position.
Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence to the place of recruitment.

Move and set up prefabricated modular on the site. Ensure the modular unit is positioned correctly on the foundation. Inspect, examine, and test the operation of parts or systems to evaluate operating condition and to determine if repairs are needed. Connect water hoses to inlet pipes of plumbing systems, and test operation of plumbing fixtures. Repair leaks in plumbing lines, using caulking compounds and plastic or copper pipe. Connect electrical systems to outside power sources and activate switches to test the operation of appliances and light fixtures. Locate and repair frayed wiring, broken connections, or incorrect wiring, using ohmmeters, soldering irons, tape, and hand tools. Install, repair, and replace units, fixtures, appliances, and other items using hand tools or power tools. Remove damaged exterior panels, repair and replace structural frame members, and seal leaks, using hand tools. Reset hardware, using chisels, mallets, and screwdrivers. Open and close doors, windows, and drawers to test their operation, trimming edges to fit, using jackplanes or drawknives.
